1. Introduction
Welcome to Socialcrab (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://socialcrab.id) and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Socialcrab.
Accounts must be registered by natural persons only. Automated registrations, bots, or fraudulent account creation are strictly prohibited.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must create an account to access certain features of the Services.
Each account may maintain one active subscription plan or one valid fixed-duration pass at a time, depending on the selected access model.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You must notify us immediately at contact@socialcrab.id of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected misuse of your account.
You agree to log out at the end of each session and to take reasonable steps to protect your account security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
- track, analyze, or use the Services for content deemed harmful, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, including transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code;
- copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Access Models, Post Balance & Fees
Socialcrab provides access to reports through a shared post balance.
Users may access the Services through either:
- recurring subscription plans; or
- fixed-duration 30-day / 90-day passes using SCRB.
Both access models grant a post balance based on the selected plan.
5.1 Post Balance
Posts are the usage unit for generating reports.
A report is charged only for the posts it actually analyzes, up to your plan's per-report limit — a small profile or keyword costs less than a large one.
Your post balance may be obtained through:
- free account signup;
- recurring subscription plans;
- fixed-duration passes.
Unused posts do not carry over unless explicitly stated in the selected plan.
5.2 Subscription Plans
Subscription plans may be billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 3 working days before the next billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize Socialcrab and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other supported methods) for the selected plan and future renewals.
Upgrading to a higher subscription tier starts a new billing cycle immediately. Previous plans, remaining time, and any unused post balance are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Downgrades take effect only at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Fixed-Duration Pass Access
Socialcrab also offers 30-day and 90-day fixed-duration passes using SCRB. These passes:
- provide a fixed post balance;
- do not renew automatically;
- are non-refundable;
- are non-transferable;
- do not qualify for prorated refunds once activated.
Pass access expires automatically at the end of the selected duration. Any unused post balance associated with an expired pass may also expire unless otherwise stated in the selected plan. Expired passes cannot be reactivated.
5.4 Fees, Pricing & Taxes
All fees are final, non-refundable, and non-prorated unless otherwise required by applicable law. This includes:
- subscription cancellations;
- subscription downgrades;
- unused post balance;
- expired passes;
- partial billing periods.
Pricing and included features are listed at https://socialcrab.id/pricing and may be updated with prior notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or similar taxes), which will be added where required by law. Each party is responsible for taxes imposed upon them by applicable authorities.
6. Wallet Responsibility for SCRB Access
Access to fixed-duration passes using SCRB may require users to connect third-party wallets and use blockchain infrastructure on the Solana network.
Users are solely responsible for:
- wallet security;
- private keys, recovery phrases, and wallet credentials;
- selecting the correct wallet address and network;
- transactions conducted through third-party wallet providers, exchanges, or swap platforms.
Socialcrab is not responsible for:
- lost funds resulting from incorrect transfers;
- unsupported wallet usage;
- exchange delays;
- failed blockchain transactions;
- third-party wallet or platform failures outside our control.
Transactions completed on-chain may be irreversible.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all wallet actions before confirming transactions.
7. Data Access & Retention
Your reports and account data remain accessible while your active subscription or valid pass is in effect.
If your subscription is cancelled, your fixed-duration pass expires, or your account is terminated, your stored data may be deleted within 30 days following termination.
Upgrading to a higher subscription plan starts a new billing cycle. Previous plans and any unused post balance are not refundable.
Unused post balance tied to expired passes may also expire unless otherwise stated.
8. Service Availability & Downtime
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain reliable and continuous access to the Services. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party platform changes, or circumstances outside our control.
Downtime means the complete inability for users to generate reports through the Services, excluding:
- scheduled maintenance;
- third-party platform interruptions (including Instagram, TikTok, or X);
- internet infrastructure failures;
- force majeure events.
If Socialcrab experiences uninterrupted downtime for 5 consecutive days or longer, users may request replacement credits as service credits. Cash refunds will not be provided.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the outage by contacting contact@socialcrab.id.
9. Cancellation, Expiration & Termination
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings at least 3 working days before your next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewals only. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Fixed-duration passes expire automatically at the end of the selected duration. Passes do not renew automatically. Any unused post balance associated with expired passes may also expire unless otherwise stated in the selected plan. Expired passes cannot be reactivated and do not qualify for refunds.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Upon termination, access ends immediately and stored data may be deleted. Payments already made are non-refundable under any circumstances unless required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
The Socialcrab name, logo, trademarks, platform content, and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Socialcrab.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
All goodwill generated through use of Socialcrab trademarks belongs exclusively to us.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of third-party platform data, or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Socialcrab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or reputational harm.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- USD $100; or
- the amount paid by you to Socialcrab during the 30 days preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by BANI (Indonesian National Board of Arbitration) in South Jakarta.
Claims must be brought individually and may not be pursued as class actions.
14. General Conditions
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Socialcrab regarding the Services.
