We don’t offer traditional free trials.
Instead, every new account gets 50 free posts to spend on reports. Each report analyses up to 12 posts on the free plan, so that covers several reports while you try things out.
The free allowance is a one-off for the account rather than a monthly refill. You also get sample reports, so you can compare a free report with a full one before deciding.

Reports draw from a post balance rather than a fixed number of reports — a report costs as many posts as it analyses, so a small profile costs less than a large one.
Each plan and pass comes with its own allowance, and it refreshes every 30 days for as long as your plan or pass is active. Unused posts don't carry over.

A pass does not auto-renew— it ends on its last day and nothing further is charged. Buying one replaces whatever access you currently have, and your post balance is set to the new plan's allowance rather than added to it. While a pass is running you can move up one tier once, paying only the difference for the days you have left.
