Warga mengklaim sudah menggarap lahan sejak 1998 sementara Pemkab menerbitkan HPL tahun 2024 lalu menyewakannya ke PT. IHIP tahun 2025 hingga memicu penggusuran paksa pada 2026 ini. Semoga ji ini ada keputusan yang bisa menguntungkan keduanya. __ The East Luwu Regency Government and PT IHIP are in conflict with residents of Harapan Village over the development of a 395-hectare nickel industrial area. Residents claim they have cultivated the land since 1998. Meanwhile, the regency government issued Land Management Rights (HPL) in 2024 and leased the land to PT IHIP in 2025, leading to forced evictions in 2026.".
